Longueville House Cider
Longueville House (c1720) is a listed Georgian Country House property steeped in history and character and located 26km north of Cork City. Family owned and run by third generation professional hoteliers William and Aisling O’Callaghan - the couple met while students of Hotel Management in Dublin. A craft cider named Longueville House Cider, is harvested from the 25-acre apple orchard on-site. An Apple Brandy is distilled from some of the cider, made in the calvados style, known as Longueville House Apple Brandy. It’s a place of history, yet Longueville has moved with the times. Maintaining and modernising the house and grounds has been a labour of love for William and Aisling, your hosts.
